Brad and Linda Coulter of Le Mars announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Chantel Marie to Kevin Stuart of Pomeroy. He is the son of Kely Stuart and the late Craig Stuart.

The couple is planning a Dec. 2, 2006, wedding at Grace Lutheran Church in Le Mars with reception to follow at the Le Mars Convention Center, upper level.

Chantel is a 2002 graduate of Le Mars Community School and a graduate of Iowa Lakes Community College. She is presently attending LaJames Cosmetology School in Fort Dodge.

Kevin is a 1999 graduate of Pomeroy-Palmer High School and a graduate of Iowa State University. He is employed at Vera Sun Ethanol Plant by Fort Dodge and farms.
