Dave and Cindy Stevenson of Marcus and Bill and Linda Lee of Cherokee announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Bethany Stevenson and David Lee.

The couple is planning a 3 p.m. ceremony on Sept. 30, 2006, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Le Mars. An open dance will begin at 7 p.m. at the Le Mars Convention Center upper level.

Bethany is a licensed practical nurse doing pediatric home health.

David is attending Western Iowa Tech Community College for business and is employed at Godfather's in Le Mars.
