L. Renee Faust and Mark Rohe of Kansas City, Mo., announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

Parents of the couple are Blake Faust of Fairbanks, Alaska, Bianca and Joe Nalepa of St. Louis, Mo., and Thomas and Donna Rohe of Le Mars.

The couple is a planning a 12 noon ceremony on Sept. 2, 2006, at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Kansas City. The reception will be held at 5:30 p.m. at the Kansas City Convention Center.

Renee earned her undergraduate degree at Iowa State University and is currently a third year student at UMKC School of Law.

Mark graduated from Iowa State University and is employed as a mechanical engineer at Burns & McDonnell.
