Mark and Pamela Poeckes of Remsen announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Poeckes to Bradley Klein. Bradley is the son of Alan and Lorelei Klein of Remsen.

The couple is planning an Aug. 19, 2006, wedding at 2 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Remsen. A reception and dance will follow at the Avalon Ballroom in Remsen.

Jessica is a 2001 graduate of Remsen St. Mary's and received a diploma in accounting/payroll from Western Iowa Tech in 2003. She is currently employed at Tritz Pallet Inc. in Le Mars.

Bradley is a 1998 graduate of Remsen St. Mary's and he is currently an owner operator of B&K Trucking, and is leased on to Johnson Trucking out of Pierson.
