Bill and Kathy Dalton of Le Mars and Craig and Sharon Van Kley of Blue Earth, Minn., announce the engagement and approaching marriage on July 21, 2006, of Amanda Dalton and Kurtis Van Kley.

Amanda is a 2002 graduate of Le Mars Community High School. She attended Northwestern College in Orange City where she completed the business education program. She graduated in May 2006.

Kurtis is a 2002 graduate of Blue Earth Area High School in Minnesota. He also attended Northwestern College and graduated in May 2006. He completed the math education program.

Both Amanda and Kurtis will be employed at the Akron-Westfield Community School District this upcoming school year.
