Maxine Viva (Steffe) Kuchel, 91, of Kingsley, died peacefully surrounded by her family Monday, May 1, 2006, at a Sioux City hospital.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at United Methodist church in Kingsley with the Rev. Paul Evans officiating. Burial will be in Kingsley Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. today (Wednesday), with the family present 6 to 8 p.m. at Rohde-Earnest Funeral Home in Kingsley.
