Allen and Jean Erichsen of Remsen announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Miranda Erichsen of Minneapolis, Minn., to Josh Pommier of Buffalo, Minn., son of Harley and LeAnn Pommier of Buffalo, Minn.

The couple will be married in a 4:30 p.m. ceremony May 20, 2006, at Zion Lutheran Church in Buffalo. The reception will follow at Fox Hollow Golf Course at St. Michael, Minn.

Miranda graduated from Remsen-Union High School in May 2000 and from Iowa State University with a bachelor of science degree in exercise science in May 2004. She will receive her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Minnesota in June 2007.

Josh is a May 2001 graduate of Buffalo High School and will receive his bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from Iowa State University in May 2006.
