Bryan and Mary Larsen of Holmen, Wis., and Tony and Becky Pick of Le Mars, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Jill Marie Larsen and Alex John Pick of Inver Grove Heights, Minn.

The couple is planning a June 10, 2006, wedding at 2 p.m. at St. James Catholic Church in Le Mars. A reception will follow at the upper level of the Le Mars Convention Center.

Jill is a 2001 graduate of Le Mars Community High School. She is currently pursuing a degree in registered nursing and is a certified nursing assistant at St. John's Hospital in Maplewood, Minn.

Alex is a 2001 graduate of Le Mars Community High School. He will graduate May 8 with an electrical line worker degree from Dakota County Technical College in Rosemount, Minn. He is currently employed as a delivery coordinator specialist with Menards.
