Paul and Marlene Pick of Remsen announce the engagement of their daughter, Nancy Pick to Jason Murphy. He is the son of William and Carol Murphy of Crete, Neb.

The couple is planning a May 26, 2006 wedding at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Crete with a reception following at Doane College.

Nancy is a 1996 graduate of St. Mary's High School in Remsen and a 2000 graduate of the University of Iowa. She is the membership director for the Nebraska Medical Association in Lincoln.

Jason is a 1991 graduate of Crete High School and attended Doane College. He is a production manager and pressman for the Crete News.
