Charlotte (Vannorsdel) Pratt Furch, 90, of Cannon City, Colo., and formerly of Kingsley, died Friday, Feb. 17, 2006, at Colorado Springs, Colo.
Charlotte Vannorsdel was born Aug. 19, 1915, at Kingsley, the daughter of Roscoe and Viola (Sheeler) Vannorsdel. She attended Kingsley Public Schools.
Her first husband, Wyndom Pratt, who she married in 1940, died in 1983.
She married George Furch in 1986.
Survivors include her husband, George; children, Ron and his wife, Brenda Pratt, of Taylor Ridge, Ill., Marie and her husband, Anthony Kochenash of Wayne, Neb., Beverly and her husband, Stephen Fry, of Kernersville, N.C., and Carol Baye and Larry Stolworthy of Penrose, Colo.; grandchildren Patricia Reinheimer, Kenneth Pratt and Jeff Fry; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Dana Vannorsdel and his wife, Shirley, of Kingsley; one sister, Thelma Bainbridge of Kingsley; many nieces and nephews; and stepchildren, J.P. Furch, Cathie Gifford of Albany, N.Y., Martha Furch of Temecula, Calif., and Bill Furch of Back Forest, Colo.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, at the Wilson Memorial Chapel in Canon City, Colo. Burial of the cremains will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
