Brianne Ersland and Andrew Juhl exchanged marriage vows July 16, 2005, at Sacred Heart Church in Waterloo. The Rev. Clayton Landherr officiated the 2 p.m. ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Jerry and Cindy Ersland of Waterloo and Rick and Mary Kay Juhl of Le Mars.

Maid of honor was Jessica Robinson of Cedar Falls, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Nikki Juhl of Waterloo, sister of the bridegroom, Dorry Robinson of Cedar Rapids, Jodi Bauwens of Guttenberg and Kayla Rath, all cousins of the bride, Becky VanLengen of Shell Rock and Marisa Stigliani of St. Louis.

Best man was Eric Juhl of Cooper City, Fla., brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Troy Ersland, brother of the bride; Austin Juhl, brother of the bridegroom, Chad Pecks and Joe Pitts, all of Le Mars, and Jon Becker and Chad Morris, both of Cedar Falls.

Seating the guests were Jerry Freking of Washington, D.C., uncle of the bridegroom; Chad Bauwens of Guttenberg, cousin of the bride, and Jared Nauholz and Brandon Creighton, both of Cedar Falls.

Personal attendants were Dorene Robinson, aunt of the bride, and Kim Harris. Attending the wedding party was Rebecca Freking, aunt of the bridegroom.

Flowergirl was Megan Juhl of Cooper City, niece of the bridegroom. Ringbearer was Carter Juhl, son of the couple.

Readers were Sabrina Moore, aunt of the bride, and Jeff Freking, uncle of the bridegroom. Altar servers were Trevor Bouma and Greyson Freking, cousins of the bridegroom.

Serving as Eucharist minister was Betty Freking, grandmother of the bridegroom.

Soloists were Jen Freking, aunt of the bridegroom, and Jerry Ersland.

The reception and dance followed at the Elks Club.

Brianne is employed with Exceptional Persons Inc. and is pursuing a degree in nursing. Andrew has a degree in police science and is pursuing a career in law enforcement. He is employed at Lowe's.

Following their wedding trip to the Dominican Republica, the couple is at home in Waterloo.
