J. Rober Foley, 79, of Akron, died Thursday, Jan. 5, 2006, at Akron Care Center in Akron.

There will be no services or visitation. The body has been cremated and there will be a private family burial at a later date. Carlsen Funeral Home-Schroeder Chapel of Akron is in charge of arrangements.
