Velma Delutri of Merrill died Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2005, at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, surrounded by her family.

She will be missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, Joe of Merrill; eight children; 17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters and one brother.

The body has been cremated.

Funeral Mass was held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Merrill. She is at peace with our Lord in Heaven.

The Anderson-Perasso Funeral Home of Sioux City is in charge of arrangements.
