Betty Powell, 65, of Le Mars, died Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2005, at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Carlsen Funeral Home in Le Mars with the Rev. Jason Larson of the United Methodist Church of Le Mars officiating. Interment will be in the Kingsley Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3 p.m. Friday at the Carlsen Funeral Home in Le Mars with the family present to greet friends after 6 p.m. followed by a 7:30 p.m. prayer service.
