Eydie Marie Cook Boothe, 48, of Ireton, and formerly of Sioux City, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2005, at the Hawarden Hospital in Hawarden from injuries suffered in a two-vehicle accident south of Ireton.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel in Sioux City with the Rev. Paul A. Speidel of Union Township Presbyterian Church, rural Le Mars, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sioux City.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today (Friday) with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
