Emma Joy Harpenau, daughter of Eric and Terra Harpenau, died Aug. 28, 2005 at Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D. Although not yet born, she was a beloved member of our family and a joy to her parents and her sister. Now she is in heaven where she can be held, cuddled and loved by God, but she will live on in our hearts forever.

Survivors include her parents, Eric and Terra of Le Mars; one sister, Taylor at home; maternal grandparents, Larry and Diane Dreckman of Le Mars; paternal grandparents, Richard and Pauline Harpenau of Remsen; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private family interment service will be held at 4 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Calvery Cemetery in Le Mars. Arrangements are under the direction of Fisch Funeral Home in Remsen.
