Anna Ten Haken of Boyden and Brandon Marcotte of Le Mars announce their engagement and approaching marriage. The couple will be married in a 6:30 p.m. ceremony Friday, Sept. 2, 2005. A reception will follow at the Le Mars KC Hall at 7:30 p.m.

Anna is the daughter of Ron and Gayle Ten Haken and Brandon is the son of Tom and Connie Marcotte.

Ann is a graduate of Western Iowa Tech Community College with an associate degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City.

Brandon is a 1994 graduate of Le Mars Community High School and works full-time for the Army National Guard.
