Tom and Nancy Hinton of Fort Wayne, Ind., announce the engagement of their daughter, Heidi Marie Grostefon to Jon Paul Heisterkamp, son of Tony and Jennifer Heisterkamp of Remsen. They will be married Aug. 20, 2005, at the First Assembly of God in Fort Wayne, Ind.

The bride-elect graduated from Carroll High School in Fort Wayne, Ind., and is currently attending the University of Sioux Falls. Her fiance graduated from Remsen-Union in Remsen, and attends the University of Sioux Falls. Jon is currently employed at Wells Fargo Financial Bank in Sioux Falls, S.D.

There will be an open house and dance at the Avalon Ballroom on Sept. 10 beginning at 6 p.m. in celebration of Jon and Heidi's marriage.
