The engagement of Brenda Ann Kramer of Pella and Benjamin Allen Jauer of Pella, is announced by their parents Stanley and Vicki Jauer of Hinton and Roger and Kathy Kramer, Curlew.

The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Allen College of Nursing and is employed at Pella Hospital. Ben is a 2004 graduate of Simpson College and is currently employed at Pella Windows.

The wedding will take place on the afternoon of Aug. 20, 2005, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Milford, with a reception to follow.
