Robert L. "Bob" Trometer, 65, of Amarillo, Texas, and formerly of Hinton, died Tuesday, July 19, 2005, at Baptist St. Anthony's Hospice in Amarillo following a year-long battle with cancer.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Sioux City. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Sioux City. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today (Thursday), with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m., and a vigil service at 7 p.m., all at the Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel in Sioux City.
