The engagement and approaching marriage of Nicole Kuiken and Neil Kruse is made known by their parents, Rob and Annette Kuiken of Le Mars and Wayne and Lela Kruse of Ringsted.

The couple is planning a 2 p.m. ceremony on July 23, 2005, at St. James Catholic Church in Le Mars. The reception and dance will follow at the upper level of the Le Mars Convention Center.

Nicole is a recent graduate of Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls where she received her AAS degree in office administration. She is employed at Fareway in Iowa Falls.

Neil is currently the assistant meat manager at Fareway in Iowa Falls.
