Gregg and Rhonda Roepke of Kingsley announce the engagement of their daughter, Alisha of Sioux City, to Matthew Knapp of Westfield, the son of Karen Barwick of Akron and the late Bruce Knapp.

Alisha is a 1997 graduate of Kingsley-Pierson High School, and received a bachelor of science degree from the University of South Dakota in 2001. She is currently employed as a dental hygienist in Sioux City.

Matthew is a 1993 graduate of Akron-Westfield High School. He is the owner/operator of Oakdale Stock Farm, a family farm outside of Westfield, and is also employed at Interbake Foods as a warehouseman.

A July 2, 2005 wedding is planned to be held at the First Lutheran Church in Kingsley. The couple plans to make their home in Westfield.
