Philip L. Bay, 70, of Scottsdale, Ariz., and formerly of Akron, died Wednesday, March 30, 2005, in Arizona.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery at Akron. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday, with a Scripture service at 10:30 a.m. at the Carlsen Funeral Home-Schroeder Chapel in Akron.
