Donald J. Traurig, 53, of Cape Coral, Fla., and a former Le Mars resident, died unexpectedly Dec. 17, 2004.

Survivors include his father, Adolph Traurig of Sioux City; his mother, Margaret of Dubuque; a sister, Patricia Markevicius of Chicago, Ill.; brothers, Buddy of Cape Coral, Fla., James Michael of Grinnell; Kevin of Cape Coral, Fla., Tom of Lake Orion, Mich., and Robert of Ypsilanti, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 8, 2005, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Le Mars. All friends are invited to join the family.

Fuller Funeral Home-Cremation Service, Cape Coral, Fla., was in charge of the arrangements.
