Jana Bahrke and Karlton Hector were united in marriage Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004, at Calvin Christian Reformed Church in Le Mars. Pastor Dale Fopma officiated.

Parents of the couple are Ken and Joyce Bahrke of Sioux Center and Dave and Miriam Hector of Le Mars.

Grandparents of the couple are Orville and Iona Winterhof of Aurelia, Robert and Donna Jean Bahrke of Pierson, Calvin and Angeline Korver of Alton, and Robert and Lois Hector of Orange City.

Musicians were Norm and Marlys Grimm, Virginia Vermeer, and Wade De Vries.

Maid of honor was Kelly Bahrke, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Kari Ranniger, sister of the bride and Jacque Simpson, friend of the bride.

Best man was Craig Hector, brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Mark Milbrodt and Seth Fitch, both friends of the bridegroom.

Seating the wedding guests were Scott Bahrke, Kyle Bahrke, Seth Korver, and Matt Wassink.

The bridegroom is employed by Security National Bank in Sioux City and the bride is completing her senior year at Briar Cliff in elementary education.
