Tami Borchers and Joe Crosgrove of Cedar Rapids announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

Tami is the daughter of Mark and Sandy Borchers of Akron, and the granddaughter of Elmer and Minnie Borchers of Hawarden and Ray and Mary Swartout of Le Mars. She is a graduate of Kirkwood Community College and is employed with New York Life in Cedar Rapids.

Joe is the son of Merv and Lila Crosgrove of Merrill. He is employed at Worley Warehousing in Cedar Rapids.

The couple is planning a March 19, 2005, wedding at The Grove in Las Vegas, Nev., with a reception and dance March 26 at the American Legion Hall in Brunsville.
