Dave and Vicki Anstine of Kingsley and Betty and Richard Perez of Anaheim, Calif., announce the engagement of their children, Wendi Anstine and Joe Orosco of Aurora, Colo.

The wedding is planned for Oct. 8, 2005, at Red Rocks Park in Morrison, Colo.

Wendi is a 1993 graduate of Kingsley-Pierson High School and is employed as a mortgage loan processor with World Savings and Loan in Centennial, Colo.

Joe is a 1989 graduate of Anaheim High School and is currently employed as a customer service representative for Colorado Cinemas in Centennial.
