Ryan Lee McWorth Terrell, 11, of Le Mars, died Friday, Nov. 19, 2004, at his residence.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel in Sioux City. Burial will be at a later date in Graceland Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
