Marian L. (Bern) Lewis, 74, of Hawarden, and formerly of Westfield, died Sunday, Oct. 24, 2004, at the Hillcrest Health Care Service in Hawarden.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Westfield Congregational Church in Westfield. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. at the Liberty Township Cemetery in Calumet. Visitation will be after 3 p.m. Wednesday, with the family present after 6 p.m. at the Carlsen Funeral Home, Schroeder Chapel in Akron.
