Earle Van Ornum, 69, of Nixa, Mo., and formerly of Le Mars and Sioux City, died Sunday, July 25, 2004, at his home following a lengthy illness.

Survivors include his wife, Pat.

Memorial services are planed at a later date in Sioux City.
