David Peck, 50, of Joplin, Mo., and formerly of Sioux City, died Saturday, Sept. 4, 2004, at St. John's Regional Medical Center in Joplin of an aneurysm, with his family and friends at his bedside.

Survivors include his wife, Flower Peck.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Carlsen Funeral Home, Schroeder Chapel in Akron.
