SIOUX CITY -- Judy Ann (Ludwigs) Smith, 56, of Sioux City and an Akron native, died Thursday, Aug. 19, 2004, at a Sioux City hospital following a sudden illness.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sherwood "Woody" Smith.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. today (Monday) at Morningside Church of Christ in Sioux City.
