SIOUX CITY -- Sandra S. (Bean) Hudek, 67, of Sioux City, and an Akron native, died Monday, July 5, 2004, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha following a series of illnesses.

Survivors include her husband, Daniel L. Hudek.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Morningside Lutheran Church in Sioux City.
