Rosalie Sitzmann and John Vollmar of Eagan, Minn., were united in marriage Sept. 20, 2003, at the Church of St. Peter in Mendota, Minn. The bride's uncle, the Rev. Richard Sitzmann of Sioux City officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Dolores Lake of Le Mars and the late Donald Sitzmann. Parents of the bridegroom are Dr. Warren and LaVonne Vollmar of New Prague, Minn.

Altar servers were Benjamin and Adam Sitzmann, nephews of the bride. Providing nuptial music were vocalists, Christina Wiltgen Yeater and Angela Wiltgen, nieces of the bride.

Suzanne Wiltgen of Sioux City, was her sister's matron of honor.

Best man was Dr. Bill Vollmar of New Prague, Minn., the bridegroom's brother.

The bridegroom's son, Jacob Vollmar, was junior groomsman.

Seating the wedding guests were Jody Sitzmann of Sioux City and Peter Vollmar of Faribault, Minn, brothers of the couple.

The wedding reception, dinner and dance followed the ceremony at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Eagan, Minn.

Rosalie graduated from Gehlen Catholic High School and attended Briar Cliff College and Mankato State University. She is employed by the State of Minnesota as a trainer for the Department of Human Services.

John graduated from New Prague High School and attended St. John's University and Mankato State University. He is a behavioral consultant.

Following a wedding trip to a resort in Brainard, Minn., the couple is at home in Eagan.
