James and Kimberly Bonifas
Kimberly Klemme and James Bonifas were united in holy matrimony on Oct. 18, 2003, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Le Mars. The Rev. Andrew Hoffmann officiated the 2 p.m. double ring ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Jim and Dorothy Klemme of Le Mars and Jim and Barb Bonifas of Ballwin, Mo.

Providing nuptial music were Erin Ohrlund of Le Mars as soloist and Judy Weber of Salina, Kan., as organist.

The bride wore a Pronovius wedding gown fashioned in Barcelona, Spain, and wore her mother's pearls.

The bride's best man was her brother, Kirk Klemme of Sherman Oaks, Calif. Bridesmaids were Shannon Hanno of Le Mars, Ann Schilder of Truckee, Calif., Jaime Sudtelgte of Remsen and Amy Wilken of Cedar Rapids.

Michelle Biermann, sister of the bridegroom of Troy, Mo., served as the bridegroom's matron of honor. Groomsmen were Rob Biermann, brother-in-law of the bridegroom of Troy, Mo.; James Hansen of Olatha, Kan., Will Jordan of Lawrence, Kan., and Sam Niknia of Washington, D.C.

Eric Jansing of Columbia, Mo,. and Dave Miles of Smithville, Mo., seated the guests.

The reception, dinner and dance followed the ceremony at the Le Mars Convention Center.

Kimberly is a 1995 graduate of Le Mars Community High School, a 1998 graduate of the University of Iowa, and a 2002 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law. She is an attorney with the law firm Morris, Laing, Evans, Brock, and Kennedy Chtd. in Wichita, Kan.

James is a 1990 graduate of Lafayette High School in Wildwood, Mo., and a 1994 graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia. He is a financial consultant with A.G. Edwards and Sons, Inc. in Wichita.

Following their wedding trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple is at home in Wichita.
