Peter Ruppert, 56, of Le Mars and formerly of Alton, died Monday, Feb. 9, 2004, at Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars. He was a resident at The Abbey of Le Mars.

Survivors include his mother, Agnes (Bindner) Ruppert of Le Mars. He was preceded in death by his father, Victor Ruppert.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Alton.
