He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Elma Rebecca Craft.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Whitfield United Methodist Church in Sioux City.

SIOUX CITY -- John Herman Solomon, 105, of Sioux City, and a former Plymouth County farmer, died Monday, Feb. 2, 2004, at his residence.
