Grandparents of the couple are Louise Beitelspacher and Ann Jones of Le Mars; Lloyd and Carol Kopperud of Canby, Minn.; and Marilyn Whitchurch of Park Rapids, Minn.
The Rev. Phil Holtan, campus pastor at Concordia College, Moorhead, and the Rev. Dan Stegen of Christ Lutheran Church, officiated the ceremony.
Providing nuptial music were vocalists D. J. Pick and Julie Beitelspacher, mother of the bride.
The church was themed: "Gift of Love," and was decorated with bright summer flowers, greens and ribbons.
The bride wore a halter style Cinderella gown accented with crystals and floral accents. The covered buttoned back fell to an oval train.
Bridal attendants were Katy Johnson, Le Mars, Emily Freed of Caledonia, Minn.; Robyn Grussing of Minneapolis; Ashley Pals of Sioux Falls, S.D., Brenda Wiarda, West Des Moines and Molly Renken, Le Mars, junior bridesmaid.
The bridegroom's attendants were Adam Kopperud of Moorhead, Luke Beitelspacher of Sioux Falls; Jason Freed of Caledonia; Dan Fog of Emmetsburg; Jason Thompson of Bettendorf and Mitch Renken, junior groomsman of Le Mars.
John Beitelspacher of Iowa City, Steve Beitelspacher and Scott Renken, both of Le Mars; Jon Pettlon of Rantoul, Ill., and Bronson Power of Shakopee, Minn., seating the wedding guests.
The reception followed the ceremony at the Le Mars Convention Center.
Kari is a 1999 graduate of Le Mars Community High School and a 2003 graduate of Luther College in Decorah. She is teaching middle school science in Forest City.
Judd is a 1999 graduate of Moorhead High School and a 2003 graduate of Luther College. He is teaching middle school language arts and coaching in the North Iowa School District in Thompson and Buffalo Center.
The couple is at home in Forest City following their wedding trip to Okoboji.
