The idea of a Plymouth County seal is very good, and the artwork selected as the seal is very nice from what I could make out from the picture in the paper. I would like to suggest that the phrase "Founded in 1853" be printed right side up instead of upside down. This would follow the pattern on our coins in which the working at the bottom is right side up, e.g., "ONE CENT," "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" (on the nickel), "ONE DIME" and "QUARTER DOLLAR." If "Founded in 1853" remains as is, then, in order to read that phrase, all of the rest of the seal is upside down. This correction will make a good seal a great seal. And congratulations to the artist!
