Yesterday, President Obama signed the latest anti-smoking bill into law. The Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act gives the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) new authority to regulate tobacco. Great news for the anti-smoking lobby. According to Associated Press reports of the legislation, the FDA will now be able to reduce nicotine in tobacco products, ban candy flavorings, block labels such as "low tar" and "light," and require new warnings for cartons...
