Charles "Chuck" Neubrand, 58, of Clearwater, Fla., and a former Le Mars resident, died Monday, April 24, 2006, at his residence. There will b e a celebration of his life at an opne house at the family residence in Clearwater on Saturday, April 29. The family will bring his remains back to Le Mars in June for a memorial service mass and a celebration of his life at St. Joseph Church in Le Mars.
