Long Lines acquires two northwest Iowa wireless providers (12/19/05)
Long Lines, LLC announced the completion of its acquisition of Great Lakes of Iowa, Inc. and Siouxland PCS, two wireless service providers serving northwest Iowa. Long Lines also acquired a 155-mile fiber network from Hinton to the iowa Great Lakes region that will permit better and faster communications services for Long Line customers in that area. Long Lines and its subsidiaries will add 30 new jobs to support this expanded operation...
