James "Jay" Feller, 66, Rapid City, S.D., died Sunday June 25, 2006, at Rapid City Regional Hospital. Jay grew up on a farm near Oyens, Iowa. He attended St. Catherine's grade school in Oyens and graduated from Central High School in Le Mars. He joined the United States Air Force after leaving school. He was proud to serve his country for the next 20 years. He was very proud to be a member of the Strategic Air Command 28th Bob Wing.
