Cool, Sweet Fun

  • Jenny Neilman, 4, keeps her cool while she digs into a sundae at the Primebank Ice Cream Social Thursday. For the second day of Ice Cream Days in Le Mars, temperatures hovered in the 90s, so ice cream went like hotcakes
  • Arlan Heeren and his wife, Rose Heeren, of Le Mars, dance to a musical number by the Merle Lake Orchestra.
  • With several ice cream topping flavors to choose from, some people had a tough choice at the Primebank Ice Cream Social. Others just chose all the flavors.
  • Lane Polson, Jaxten Kramer and Traegen Kramer are ready to take off on the family bike ride sponsored by the Plymouth County Cyclists on some of the trails around Le Mars during the second day of Ice Cream Days 2010.
