Santa, lean your ear this way

(Sentinel Photo by Beverly Van Buskirk) Santa Claus arrived in Le Mars at 9 a.m., Saturday with a little help from the Le Mars Fire-Rescue Department, who brought him to his stop for the day at Piece of Cake. While there, children had the opportunity to sit on Santa’s lap, tell him what is on their Christmas wish list, and have parents take photographs. After their visit with Santa, a number of children, along with their parents, decorated cookies to take home to remember their special day.
