Trailer for Texas

On Tuesday, August 29, citizens from across Plymouth County visited a Texas Aid Trailer at Old School Signs, 1130 12th St., Le Mars, donating items such as diapers, wipes, baby formula, cleaning supplies, water, and non-perishable foods. The trailer, from Country Trailers in Remsen, will leave for Houston once they receive the all clear to help those affected by the recent flooding. The trailer will remain at Old School Signs through Friday, Sept. 1. Volunteers were on hand from 1-7 p.m. daily. Donations can also be left outside of the trailer or can be dropped off at Country Trailers at County Road C-44 and Sunset Avenue in Remsen.
