Twenty-two local veterans who served in World War II gathered for the 15th annual banquet and meeting, at Wasmer Post 241 of the American Legion in Le Mars. The club roster has a total membership of 131, with 47 living members. Four members had died since the November 2011 meeting. Those members were Donald L.Bauerly, Cecil E.H. Hutton, John Murphy and Leona "Lee" Russell.
