More snow - less for gas

Posted Saturday, December 22, 2012, at 8:05 AM

As gas prices averaged $3.12 across Iowa, the Des Moines area enjoyed $2.97. In fact, it has been below $3 for some time.

It is only fair - when Le Mars was getting two or three inches of snow we were blessed with more than a foot, enhanced by blizzard winds for about 24 hours.

We have been with out a blizzard and with $2.99 gas. Sounds like you should have stayed here. LOL

I would be very glad to be a PLY CO citizen! But, just back from DSM picking up the mother in law and gas is now down to $2.94!
