Moving to a new city is always a challenge, especially finding your way home at the end of the day.

For someone such as myself who is directionally challenged that is not always an easy task. My first week in Le Mars I found myself on tours of the city that I hadn't planned.

One day that week, you remember when the snow was coming down in chunks, it took me 45 minutes to find my apartment, which is about a mile from the Sentinel.

But it wasn't entirely my fault as the street signs here indicate southeast one way and and on the same sign southwest the other. For someone like me that's a disaster in the making.

But now, after four weeks, I'm proud to say I've found my way home every night this week!

Even if I did take a short "tour" on the way...
